Joseph S. Henger MS, LPC, LMFT, LICSW - President and Clinical Director
For the past 27 years Joseph Henger has been Evaluating and providing Programing for Wisconsin’s Sexual Offenders. Mr. Henger has provided programing for over 9000 sexual offenders and his programs have been independently evaluated as “Highly Effective”. Mr. Henger provides trainings in the treatment and supervision of sexual offenders along with trainings on risk assessment, and in the implementation polygraphs into programming. Mr. Henger has been active in developing creative alternatives to revocation programs allowing offenders to keep their jobs and focusing on the behaviors that elevated the offenders risk. Not just more programming. Joseph Henger has, throughout his career, developed a reputation of being firm but fair with the great majority of his clients being successful. Joseph Henger has implemented a presentencing sex offender program that successfully prepares clients to understand their offending dynamics and become prepared for supervision. Joseph Henger firmly believes that a credible presentence programs can reduce incarceration or long-term sentences if the offender is not a high-risk offender. Joseph Henger has continued to use his marriage and family expertise in helping sexual offenders with relationship skills with a stand-alone 10-week program. Mr. Henger provides individual programing as well as groups and couples counseling on a sliding scale. All of Joseph Henger’s programs are evidenced based with the state of the art research as a foundation.

Dena J. Faust, MS, LPC - Therapist
Dena began her career working with Community Corrections, supervising those who have been convicted of a sexual offense. She has continued her career as a Master’s Level Sex Offender Therapist focusing how an individual finds themselves in a position of sexual offending. Her expertise ranges from those who are in trouble for the first time to those who have been struggling with their problem behaviors for an extensive period of time. Dena offers sex offender group therapy, individual sex offender therapy, chaperone/family sessions for nonoffending partners/family members, and Thinking for a Change group education classes.
Pablo M. Serna, MS, LPC - Therapist
Through honest, yet respectful, challenge of distorted thinking, Pablo Serna facilitates ongoing change to reduce the risk of sexual recidivism with men who have committed sex offenses. In his over 20 years experience as a Licensed Professional Counselor in the Fox Valley, he has served various populations including adults with Severe and Persistent Mental Illness and adolescent males who have committed sex offenses. He has presented adolescent group treatment methods at conference the Association for the Treatment of Sexual Abusers and the Midwest Conference on Child Sexual Abuse. Pablo has a Master’s Degree in Educational Psychology from the University of Wisconsin, Milwaukee.
